A full-time Realtor® since 2000, Linda is known for her integrity, knowledge, and authenticity. Licensed in both Connecticut and Florida. Linda provides a level of unmatched service to her clients through their real estate journeys. It is no surprise that much of Linda’s business is generated through satisfied repeat clients and referrals. In 2004 Linda listed and sold her first bank foreclosure. This led to developing long-term relationships with several asset management companies in the disposition of their Real Estate Owned Assets (REO’s). She is proud to say that every accepted assignment since then has successfully sold, even the assets re-assigned to her from others. Before becoming a full-time Realtor®, Linda gained tremendous knowledge from her nearly 15 years of managing condominium associations managing/leasing rental communities for local to national owners. Since the industry is continually evolving, it is essential to stay current with these changes and cutting-edge technologies. Because of this, Linda consistently takes advantage of courses and seminars offered by the National Association of Realtors®, Asset Management Companies, and various associations where she is a member. Not only is this a direct benefit to her clients it has established Linda as a well-respected professional with colleagues. Since every transaction and situation is unique, Linda first listens to her clients to find what their wants, needs, and concerns are. From there, she creates a plan that will outline the steps involved to bring success. Always striving for a stress-free, seamless transaction, Linda's clients can expect communication and their constant advocate throughout the process. She has been honored with the 40 under 40 Award, multi-year recipient of The Five Star Award, and numerous achievement awards for production. Linda has served on multiple State and Local Real Estate Boards, as well as a past member of the Board for Habitat for Humanity of Greater New Haven where she continues to be part of the property acquisitions team. Linda lives and works by the “The Golden Rule” and will go above and beyond to be your go-to Realtor® and the one you refer to your family and friends without hesitation.
